Intelligent Design vs. Evolution

Ok, where do I START! In my opinion I do not believe in any God or Jesus or anything. But I do believe there is something that created us all. Its nothing we can see or hear but its something thats there. Well yeah its something. I also believe that this "thing" created everything that has come to be, the earth for example. The Big Bang did not just occur out of no where, something must have created it, and something created us. We did not evolve from monkeys because we do not share the DNA that they have. What i believe in is so random, but it makes sense to me so I don't really care. I have nothing against teaching children in school about intelligent design or religion. I think that schools should teach both, and it is up the the child to pick what his or her beliefs are. No one should decide, but the scholars themselves, I mean we are the future, so why can't we decide what we want to learn or not...In my opinion I think that parents should do the same, teach kids of thier beliefs vs other ones, and see what they chose. A child should be free to explore and think about the mysteries of this world, and usually religion tends to hold that back. Take catholisism for example, they arent allowed to question anything, so that makes them very close minded, when they should be allowed to question all they want because it shows they are using thier brain! Instead of blind faith that they have no proof for.
DON'T BE AFRAID TO GO AGAINST ANYTHING!
